Abstract
In the study, a series of novel
polyurethane materials with nano
hydrophilic/hydrophobic segments on the
materials’ surface are prepared and for
application of anticoagulant. First , using
hydrophilic segment materials (like
poly-γ-glutamic acid, PEG and PBA) and
hydrophobic segment materials (like PTMS,
PTMO and compounds with F) to prepare the
nano hydrophilic/hydrophobic domains of
polyurethane materials. Second, preparing
polyurethane coating heparin and using chain
extender with sulfonated groups and carboxylic
groups to resist thrombin. Finally, we used our
ventricular assist device skill transport to our
blood vessel with nano segmental
hydrophilic/hydrophobic structure resisting
thrombin and resisting fester outside the blood
vessel. In wound dressing, our structure could
adhere bad cell difficultly and resist fester.
Using sulfonated and carboxylic groups, our
wound dressing could antifungal and block dirt
into the rip.
