Abstract
Although the farmers’ association differentiates many services. This regards as it the different production activity and the output value.But they still belonged to identical organization''s various departments.Between various services has the inseparable relations.
Therefore this article makes the farmers’ association overall human resource and the synthesis profits the analysis the primary cause in this.
This article research step and method, in accordance with human resource (including school record and age) near 10 year 21 farmers’associations at the township level in Taichung county,and comprehensive profits and so on correlation data.Using Panel Data statistical analysis method, to analysis the impact of human resource on profits of 21 Farmers’ Associations at the township level in Taichung county in 1999 to 2008.
