Abstract
We report the sonographic appearance of papillary disease of the breast in two patients and focus on the three-dimensional ultrasound findings. Two-dimensional images provide inadequate information on solid breast lesions, while stored three-dimensional ultrasound offers comprehensive information on two-dimensional lesions and the coronal plane simultaneously.
