Abstract
The purpose of this study was to develop "Family Health Assessment" in order to help the nurse having a standard measurement to understand the patients' home situation based on the conceptual framework of family nursing. This paper described the fundamental theoretical framework, the scope of content, assessment method and the primary results for the psychiatric patients. Subjects were schizophrenic or manic depression outpatients from National Taiwan University Hospital, Taipei City Psychiatric Institution and Tau-Yun Psychiatric Institution. Twenty subjects from each hospital. Data were collected by home interview and observation. Results demonstrated the Shiau's "Family Health Nursing Model" and is revelant reference for the development "Family Health Assessment" . The content of assessment included basic information, developmental stage, structure, environment, adaptation and function. The expert validity, interrater reliability and internal consistency were adequately supported. This assessment could provide an adequate framework to family nursing. 於建立「家庭健康護理評估量表」,使護理人員在居家護理時,能基於家庭護理概念, 依循標準化的評估工具,了解病患居家的情形。本文主要在介紹此家庭評估工具之理 論基礎,評估範圍,評估方法,以及應用於精神病患家庭之初步結果。本研究樣本是台 大、臺北市立療養院及台灣省立桃園療養院三家醫療院所之門診或出院的居家精神分 裂症或躁鬱症患者,以家庭訪視的方式,進行資料的收集。每家醫療院所各訪20名。本 研究結果介紹「蕭氏家庭健康護理模式」並參考國內外相關資料發展出之「家庭健康 護理評估量表」,評估內容包括:家庭之基本資料、發展階段、環境、壓力、因應方式 、功能及社會支持系統,並初步得到專家內容效度、良好的評估者間的信度及內在一 制度,可作為家庭護理的參考。#2311#
