Abstract
The flatness acceptance is an important part of the paving process, National Taiwan University team has made in the Republic of 2007 inertial flat instrument standard verification procedures and methods to develop and publish national standards CNS 15317 "pavement measured inertial profile instrument validation. Although the use of inertial profile instrument road surface flatness evaluation and acceptance of work has become the current situation in any country or the future of an inevitable trend, however, in the promotion of the use of China''s inertia profile instrument of still more positive of, the current domestic road competent authority the promulgation of the new work Road still the level of the flat and other direct regulatory instrument for acceptance or maintenance test specifications. However, at home and abroad almost no relevant norms on such devices, each unit differences in the use of standard, easy due to the lack of reliability and credibility arising from the vendor dispute.
For this reason, the level of flat instrument to a set of standard authentication methods, as well as cross-correlation threshold for future units of uniform criteria can refer to the primary goal of this study. In this study, through literature review and questionnaire survey and interviews with high and low flat instrument, to develop the validation method of electronic and mechanical level of flat instrument, and then through the field in the indoor and National Taiwan University campus Jhubei try to verify and continue to be modified, Finally, the standard authentication method and instrument reproducibility and accuracy of the classification threshold is set. I hope to take this research can improve the reliability of the level of acceptance of a flat instrument to strengthen the correct understanding of the operating personnel with professional knowledge, and help to improve the quality of the detection of flat road pavement.
