Abstract
A new approach to chemical shift anisotropy (CSA) recoupling under high-speed magic-angle spinning (MAS) is presented. The approach is abbreviated as ROCSA (recoupling of chemical shift anisotropy). The ROCSA recoupling sequence is demonstrated experimentally by characterizing the carbon CSAs of [U-13C, 15N]-L-alanine and [U-13, 15N]-N-acetyl-D,L-valine (NAV) at MAS frequencies of 20 and 11 kHz.
