Abstract
Privacy is an important issue as developing Internet services. Personal information
privacy is de‾ned as the ability to control information about oneself.Information
privacy exists when the usage, release and circulation of personal information can be
controlled. In order to face with privacy problem, we utilize OPDL framework to
solve privacy problem.
OPDL framework adopts license mechanism to protect individual's privacy . Li-
cense can be viewed as permissions that represent the right to do operation on his data
under speci‾c purpose and restricting by some constraint. A license contains follow-
ing elements: Party, Personal Data, Purpose, Operation, Constraint, and Agreement.
Those elements forms the semantic meaning of a license. Moreover, we de‾ne the
license vocabulary, which are the license syntaxes. By the semantic and vocabulary,
we can issue a license to service provider to protect our personal information.
