Abstract
Internet pushed an open environment, new technology will introduce new competition. During past 20 years, world-wide economics was changed dramatically. Enterprises faced the challenge how to globalize, digitize and fasten the processes.
There are too many banks in Taiwan market.
The study explores Information System and Outsourcing in Taiwan Bank Industry. Due to high competition and mature market, time-to-market is critical success factor. Wealth gap is bigger than before. How to utilize Finance holding company to serve all customers of enterprise for cross-sell and up-sell is very important. IT outsourcing could reduce cost, quick response to market need and best service to gain total customer satisfaction.
