Abstract
Internet is becoming more important as
one essential mean to communicate in the
information society today, and the major role
it will play in the field of communication of
the future is expected to increase even more.
Many important legal issues are involved in
the use of Internet since we can receive much
information via the transmitting of Internet,
and a lot of the information is protected by
the Intellectual Property Right Law. Our
research project concentrates on issues of the
application of the Intellectual Property Right
Law that concern the Internet use, such as the
duplication and transmitting of information
on Internet, obligations of Internet users and providers, and legal protection over Domain
names and electronic data base on Internet.
We also try to suggest some possible
solutions to these problems.
