The purpose of this study is to explore and research the potentialities and
strategies for the future recycle-oriented society in Taiwan. There are three
sub-projects in the first year. Apart from serving as a coordinative project for the other
three studies, it is also made to investigate the water resources and material flow in
two basins in Taiwan.
