Abstract
Newly-risen government officials appeared from Tang to Sung dynasty .Espically in Sung dynasty ,newly-risen government officials effect importantly. Government officials from Middle Yangtze River Drainage Basin are called Newly-Risen, because their account are more then others. From 755 to 960A.D.they are developing . The Research of the thesis focus on these persons.
