Abstract
Our Constitution article 15 protects people ’s property right from
infringement of the States.Only with due process of law,people ’s property
right could be restricted or even deprived.In different fields our
constitutional court has made a large amount of constitutional decis ions
about the protection of people ’s property right in these years.For
observing the evolution of constitutional protection of property right,
to classify and analyze the related constitutional decisions would be
necessary.
This program intended to classify,categorize and analyze related
constitutional decisions about people ’s property rights,and attempt to 2
comment with domestic and foreign legal theories.The topics of this
program that we want to discuss should be:the Constitutional Concept of
Property Right,Restriction and Due Process of Property Right,
Proportionality Principle,Expropriation for Public Use,Loss Indemnity,
National compensation.
