Abstract
本研究旨在以自動離心式離合器為目標,使用「測試實驗」、「虛擬原型」與「力學模型」等三種方式求得系統性能。並進行實體系統與虛擬系統的相關分析,討論虛擬原型的擬真程度。再續進行離心式離合器之重要設計參數對於系統性能的敏感度分析,探討敏感程度的排序與原因。目的是藉由對上述三種方式所得性能之間差異的瞭解,達到使用機械虛擬原型來簡化設計過程與改善設計效率的目標。
This research is aimed to study the performance of a centrifugal clutch through three approaches, i.e. physical test, virtual model and dynamic model. By performing error analysis and discussions about the correlation between above results, the sensitivity analysis of important design parameters for the centrifugal clutch is accomplished. The understanding of differences between the three approaches can be valuable to facilitate mechanical design and the efficiency of design processes.
