Abstract
Public Road Act was promulgated on
June 27, 1959, took effect on July 1, 1960,
and then was amended three times. It has been the basic legal norm for regulating
public road’s planning, construction,
maintenance, management, operation and
transportation business. However, in practice,
it has been the various administrative rules
and others, made under section 79 of Public
Road Act, serve as the most important legal
basis for both administration and court’s
decisions and adjudications.
This project collects 13 decisions of
Administrative Court on Public Road Act.
We first categorize these decisions by
relevant facts and subjects, and then analyze
them on their substance.
