Abstract
Panretinal photocoagulation was performed on the retina of pigmented rabbit with argon laser photocoagulator with moderate intense laser burns. Aqueous and vitreous endothelin were measured. The results showed aqueous and vitreous endothelin increased most markedly one week after photocoagulation and returned to normal level two weeks after photocoagulation.
