Abstract
台灣地區的河川上游坡陡流急,河道之流況時有超臨界流流與亞臨界流混合流況同時發生;倘若有水工構造物設置時,則常造成設計上之困難,此因水理上無法確實掌握。目前經濟部水利署執行「基隆河整體治理計畫」之前期計畫中,最重要的工程之一即是正在施工中之員山子分洪工程,而此工程在初步設計階段即遇到上述之混合流況,然而無法利用經驗公式或一般水理數值模式 準確計算其複雜水理現象,造成多次進行設計上之修正,顯著地影響施工之流程與進度。近年來,數值模式發展迅速並被廣泛使 用,對於模擬複雜流況水理現象已能進一步地掌握,然而在二維流場具有超臨界流況與亞臨界流況之混合流場,尚無完整而有效之模式可資採用於工程設計上。此外,在發展數值模式過程中,必須以充分的試驗量測資料來對模式加以檢定驗證,以提升模式的準確度及其適用性。本研究於是希望能以目前政府極積推動之基隆河員山子分洪工程為實例,建立準確可靠之流場模式,配合進行經濟部水利署已建置完成之員山子分洪水工模型之試驗量測,期能提供將來設計或營運時,水理分析之有效計算模式。 本研究簡化員山子分洪工程束縮段為觀測區域,並將1/260 之等比模型置入試驗渠槽中;量測方式則應用水尺及皮托管測得水面高程及流速,另外以顆粒影像追蹤技術進行流場觀察;由研究結果可看出渠道書縮所造成之斜震波及相會前與相會後水躍之情況 與流體因傾斜渠底所造成加速的現象。
The floodplain has been widely developed by building levees to confine the river flow, especially near the metropolitan areas due to growing population along Keelung River in Taiwan. The construction of levee around the urban area prevents the damages from flooding. In order to reduce the potential from the flooding damage in the Keelung and Shiji crease, the YunShanji project has been come-going now. However, during the design of the size of the division tunral in the project, there was no any efficient and applicable flow field model the calculation of the velocity and water depth. Thus, the most feasible design can not be selected easily after comparing the experimental results by physical model. So, in this study it is aimed to establish the finite-volume flow model to solve the flow field with super-critical and sub-critical flow conditions for the Yunshanji project. This 2-yr proposal for the study on the measurement and of the flow field focused on Yunshanji project the Keelung River. In the experiments the technique of Particle image velocimetry will be adopted to measure water surface velocity. In the second year, preparing the topography data and the grid mesh for the simulation area, the models will be tested to verify their applicability with various sets of data. For the investigation of the relationship between surface velocity and depth-averaged velocity, the neural network modeling is considered in this study. Detailed flow field. Finally, the tool of virtual reality will display the simulated or measmed results of velocity field as important aids to design and decision support system in the Keelung River Basin.
