Abstract
Anti-monopoly Law was finally promulgated in China in August, 2007. It has a strong connection with the entrance into WTO and the transformation from ownership system to socialist-market economy in P.R.C.. The thesis has a prominent speciality : utilizing the approach of sociology of law, not hermeneutics , to find out the context and the relation between P.R.C. and its society in order to ascertain the actual economic development of P.R.C. I use the approach of history-developmental to introduce the history and the economic development of P.R.C., and find out the background and the normative dimension of Anti-monopoly Law. The keypoint of the thsis is to analyze firsthand ,official documents through the approach of sociology of law . The approach focuses on two major parts: first, discussing the affect cased by “local legislation for reference”,”capitalistic legislation for reference”,and ”socialistic legislation for reference” to Anti-monopoly Law ； second, discovering six trends of Anti-monopoly Law. Through the approach of sociology of law , we can realize either how Anti-monopoly Law influences P.R.C. deeply , or the act performed in P.R.C..
