Abstract
In this study, designed and examined measured four kinds of
substrate-integrated-waveguide (SIW) filters. The implemented filters contain two-order, three-order, and four-order ones which possess the Chebyshev’s response. These filters structures are fabricated on the two-layer PCB board. Specifically, suitable inductive and capacitive
couplings are introduced such that one-pair of ransmission zeros may be created to realize a 4th-order filter with elliptic response to improve the filter selectivity. Finally, used step-impedance resonator for filter design ,
and implement by two-layer substrate RO4003. Because of the
slow-wave effect of step-impedance resonator, the size of filter is small and stopband response is better.
