Abstract
目前日本、美國和歐洲正透過道路與車輛系統通訊方式進行改善行車安全,基本上意 味著車輛上的無線通訊技術將為智慧型運輸系統發展與汽車產業的下一個競爭領域,而目 前國內智慧型運輸系統的發展中,仍缺車領域方面的共同整合,此對國內整體智慧型運輸 系統發展及交通安全提升係為一瓶頸,因此,這次國科會專案擬從研發《車輛行進中近場 即時交通資訊接取技術與系統》暨研究「先進交通資訊整合服務系統,Advanced Traffic Information Integrated Service, ATIIS」,制定相關協定與即時交通資訊通訊架構,做為車對 路及系統無線傳輸之媒介,此外,協定方面將考量與世界發展同步,因此以NTCIP-Like 協定為基礎新增,並建立車與路及系統相互交換資訊之技術與模式,而本案開發主軸之研 發課題分項如下: (1)車與路及系統即時交通資訊之標準協定--包括道路交通標誌標線號誌、車輛全球定位、 緊急事故通報系統、路邊停車資訊、遊憩資訊等車與路及系統即時交通資訊之標準通訊 協定制定。 (2)車載即時交通資訊交換平台--針對車機模組之環境條件,實作車載即時交通資訊交換平 台軟體雛型,並測試不同平台間之資訊交換。 (3)多模車機技術與即時交通資訊交換平台之系統整合--將上述研發課題與本團隊先前國科 會專案「多模車機整合技術暨先進駕駛輔助系統」之研究成果整合,以健全「先進安全 智慧車,Advanced Safe Smart Vehicle, ASSV」之發展,並建立車與路及系統間即時交通 資訊交換之雛型。 At present, Japan, United States and Europe are intending to improve traffic safety through communication among roadside units and vehicles. This imposes that wireless communication will be largely engaged to the automobiles for accessing real-time information. As a high-tech country, this feature is needed to progress. Firstly, we should propose a suite of protocol for the transferring data among the traffic center, roadside units and vehicles. Therefore, this study is aimed to research and develop「Advanced Traffic Information Integrated Service, ATIIS」. We will program a suite of relevant protocol and responsive traffic information communication structure, in order to build the wireless transmitted media between car and roadside unit, as well as the control center. Basically, to consider the development of protocol needs to conform to worldwide equipment, the proposed protocol must be based on NTCIP or NTCIP-Like. The R&D subjects of this project are schemed as following: (1) The suite of protocol for real-time communication among vehicles, roadside units and control center: Establishing the standard protocol of traffic sign, marking and signal for real-time transmission, and GPS, emergency accident management, roadside parking information, tourist information etc.. (2) Real-time Information exchange platform of on-board-unit (OBU): Establishing the model of real-time traffic information of OBU, and testing the information exchange among different platforms. (3) Integrating the achievement of this project and the former achievement of Advanced Safe Smart Vehicle, ASSV」.
