Abstract
The anomalous origin of a coronary artery from the pulmonary trunk is usually difficult to diagnose using crass-sectional echocardiography. This report describes the color and pulsed Doppler echocardiographic features that may be of great help in diagnosing the anomalous origin of the left main coronary artery from the pulmonary trunk, especially in small and critically-ill infants.
