Abstract
The recent research results of monolithic millimeter-wave (MMW) integrated circuits (MMICs) implemented in CMOS technology at National Taiwan University (NTU) are presented in this paper. Using standard MS/RF CMOS processes, many impressive results were demonstrated. Both the MMIC designs and measured performances will be described. Significant impacts are expected due to the development for future research works in the related areas.
