Abstract
Advanced composite tools (ACTs) have been used in the past decade for forming high precision composite parts. ACTs demand high accuracy. This paper investigates the warpage in ACTs with varying angles and radii. The results show that the warp angle decreases as the mold angle increases, but it is independent of the mold radius. © 1997 Elsevier Science Limited.
