Abstract
In an era full of financial products, risk-avoiding should be highly heeded. The main purpose of this thesis is to develop a mode of program trading encompassing Elliott Wave Principle, Japanese candlestick charts, pattern theory and many other important sources in relating fields, with the programming techniques and algorithms learned in electric engineering and informatics, to indicate the financial products that might be in risk hence precautionary measures could be further done. This thesis will express some psychological phenomena and their meaning when applied to technical analysis by a scientific way of description. With the model in this thesis, The main purpose of this thesis is trying to find a mode to minimize the damages that might cause when the financial product is in risk.eywords: Taiwan 50,perfect competition,Elliot wave principle,Dow theory
