An appraiser in legal
proceedings serves two types of
behavior —prosecuting and
defending behavior on behalf of the
litigant and assistance to the
court.In order to facilitate the
functioning of the appraisal
system that helps the judge to
issue appropriate rulings and the
litigant to choose the proper
method of resolving disputes ,the
cooperative relationship between the court and the appraiser ,as
well as between the litigant and
the appraiser ,should be
strengthened to the benefit of all.
