Abstract
Cr:forsterite-based third-harmonic-generation microscopy can easily provide in vivo continuous observation of cardiac valves in zebrafish embryos, which provides an ideal research model for human congenital heart diseases and for drug screening. ? 2007 Optical Society of America.
