Abstract
We established a high-sensitivity multiplexed bacterial detection system. The sensitivity of the lateral flow system is increased by using copper deposition signal amplification technology to simultaneously detect the Protein A of Staphylococcus aureus and the Exotoxin A of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The experimental results show that the copper deposition signal amplification technology can effectively improve the sensitivity by about an order of magnitude. Compared with the standard system, the error of the light intensity detection device is within 5%. This system can implement the purpose of the rapid screening system more effectively.
