Abstract
The RFID Antenna Tag designers often suggest that the impedance matching between the antenna and the Chip will strongly affect the overall experienced result. Therefore, an efficient RFID tag antenna design has perfect match with single chip ineluctably. The aim of this article attempts to explore how to use these three kinds of antenna structures based on HFSS simulations, and to discuss the relation between the changes of antenna structure and its equivalent impedance. Moreover, the known chips on the market are selected to realize such conjugate match design. One will be chosen to combine with the antenna, and it will be verified eventually. In conclusion, this study may be of importance in explaining how the RFID tag antenna works, and analyzes the relation between the change of antenna structure and impedance in order to search a suitable antenna structure for different chips.
