Abstract
Here, we propose a Moiré metalens combined with a fluorescence microscopy to develop Moiré metalens-based fluorescence optical sectioning microscopy. To demonstrate optical sectioning and 3D imaging capability of our system, HiLo images of both standard fluorescent microspheres and ex-vivo mouse brain tissues are presented.
