Abstract
An in-vivo anterior-segment optical coherence tomography with sub-micron isotropic resolutions is demonstrated on rat cornea. The opacity of the layered cornea was quantitatively analyzed. The morphology of corneal layers was well-depicted by the en-face image. © 2017 SPIE-OSA.
