Abstract
In this thesis, complete receiver algorithms including mode detection, synchronization, and channel estimation are proposed for DVB-T OFDM systems. Based on a quasi-synchronous multi-user OFDM model, a multi-user timing synchronization algorithm, multi-user frequency offset algorithm, and multi-user sampling clock offset algorithm are also proposed using the specially constructed pilot preambles. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithms in this thesis have very good performance.
