Abstract
As proof as many empirical studies from domestic or not have displayed that mode of family business has existed in many countries. It implies that significance and important influence to situation of state economy come from the large number of them. Because of above, it is focused on the distinction between companies with mode of family business and another one, and how it passes the torch down.
The study aims to investigate that the key factor to success, strategies, and transmitted way of passing down were conducted in Taiwan. Furthermore, the work tries to keep the correct experiences and business culture into setting and passing down forever. Based on the conclusion from analyzing positive data, the research findings are as follows:
Firstly, the strategies and transmitted way of passing down in Taiwan have three characteristics, including 1) informal mode of taught and rules from familial tradition; 2) formal institutes of familial norms, studying abroad, practice, setting foundation with charity; 3) selectiveness with independent consciousness.
Secondly, key factors of success of passing down are including 1) creator squares his words with his conduct; 2) with explicit culture of family business; 3) making sure on preparing of passing down with advancing the scheduled time.
