Abstract
Beyond 150-Gbit/s single-arm modulation of a waveguide-type silicon Mach-Zehnder interferometer (MZI) modulator operated at 1550 nm is achieved by using the GFDM data stream with optimizing K subcarriers and M time slots. ? 2020 OSA.
