Abstract
An A/V (Audio/Video) editing system for MPEG-1 system-layer bitstreams is implemented and described in this paper. By utilizing such a system, users can cut, copy, and paste portions of MPEG-1 coded bitstreams to rearrange the A/V sequences. © 1995 IEEE
