Abstract
護生的臨床實習是相當有壓力的,壓力來源是多方面的。本研究之目的爲發展 一個完整、精簡、具有信、效度的臨床實習壓力量表,以評估護生的臨床實習壓力來 源及壓力感受。本量表之初步形成採護談100位護生,瞭解護生的壓力事件 ,整理出33項實習壓力事件,繼而以某專科學校580位曾實習過的護生爲研究 對象,以實習身心反應量表及基氏人格測驗爲研究工具,進行項目分析、因素 分析及信、效度測驗,研究結果有4題壓力事件被刪除,餘29題歸爲六因素, 此六因素爲實際護理病人之壓力、教師及護理人員之壓力、作業及工作量之壓 力、同學及生活之壓力、專業知識與技能之壓力、實習環境之壓力,此實習壓力量表 經測試結果顯示具內容效度、建構效度、效標效度及內在一致性信度。本研究發現此 倉29題六因素之實習壓力量表爲一可用、有效且可信之工具。 Clinical practice is highly stressful for nursing students. There are various stressors in clinical practice. The purpose of this study was to develop an instrument with acceptable validity and reliability to measure the perceived stress of nursing students in clinical practice. Thirty- three items were initially developed by interviewing 100 nursing students. The subjects consisted of 580 nursing students with clinical practice experience. The instruments include physical-psychological response scale and G-Z temperament schedule. Based on the results of item analysis and factor analysis, 4 of these items were deleted. The remaining 29 items are grouped into 6 factors, including stress from taking care of patients, stress from the faculty of the school and the staff of hospitals, stress from their homework and workload, stress from their peers and in their personal lives, stress from the clinical environment, and stress related to professional knowledge and skills. The results of this study showed that this instrument possesses acceptable content validity, construct validity, criterion validity and internal consistency reliability. In conclusion , this instrument with 29 items and 6 factors is useful, valid and reliable.
