Abstract
Antenna plays an important role in modern communication technology. The miniaturization tech become crucial, as the rise of the portable device. One particular function of the antenna is to work as the transfer medium between radiated wave in space and the energy propagation in wave guide. And also because of the modern science and technology are not able to miniaturize the wave length of electromagnetic wave, therefore, there is also a limitation of antenna miniaturization confined by the scale of its corresponding wave length. In the article, miniaturizing the antenna with a novel idea and new material has been tried. By using periodically poled Lithium Niobate as an electromagnetic wave transceiver, which hasn’t been tried before, we proposed a new tech of miniaturized and abandoned the conventional antenna composed by coil. Periodically Poled Lithium Niobate, Abbreviated as PPLN, possess the ability of receiving and transmitting electromagnetic wave. The inner wave propagation contains both electromagnetic wave and mechanical wave, which is the key characteristic of achieving miniaturization. In this article, we focus on the frequency 346MHz, and successfully created the corresponding PPLN of . By comparing with previous research about its inside wave propagation, we concluded a detailed discussion about its electromagnetic wave receiving and transmitting performance.
