Abstract
We observed arrayed SHG from a 2D-PPLN pumped by Nd:YAG laser. The angular-tuning and temperature-dependent analyses suggest a quasi-phase-matching mechanism from a unique dispersion of reciprocal vectors in the rectangular lattice structure.
