Abstract
This research is aimed to: 1. Explore the key successful factors of the caring facilities. 2.Apply AHP method to find the substantial indicators and their corresponding weights. This research asking health care specialists to modify the original “ten dimension, fifty criteria” form into the new “three dimension, ten criteria” questionnaire which integrate both quantitative and qualitative characteristics of healthcare facilities. Then send the new form to those directors of care facilities that being accredited as excellent or good in 2004 governmental accreditation program and to health care specialists also.y using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis, “management ideology and the facility sites” are the most important two dimensions .As to the facility site, northern area is considered as the best area to choose. Regard to the management ideology the running philosophy and organizational resource were thought to be most meaningful indicators. By reviewing the weight of management indicators, the key successful indicators in management ideology dimension would be (1) meet customers demand and (2) strong expert team and facility installation level.
