Abstract
Four new taxane diterpenes, 9α-hydroxy-14β-(2-methylbutyryl)oxy- 2α,5α,10β-triacetoxytaxa-4(20), 11-diene, 2α,5α,9α, 10β,14β- pentaacetoxytaxa-4(20),11-diene, 5α-(cinnamoyl)oxy-7β-hydroxy-9α,10β- 13α-triacetoxytaxa-4(20),11-diene and 5α-hydroxy-9α,10β,13α- triacetoxytaxa-4(20),11-diene, along with 12 known taxa-4(20),11-dienes, have been isolated from twigs of Taxus mairei and their structures determined by spectral methods.
