Abstract
This study is aimed to discuss the isolated-hybrid solar PV system optimal design, verifying the simulation results by implementation and prove the system practicality. Isolated-hybrid solar PV system is an innovative design that is powered by solar mode or grid mode. First derive the system''s models and then by long-term simulation find out when using Fuzzy control in power switching control could have the best performance. For different reigns and loads, we obtain the optimal installed capacity of PV and battery with the simulation results and set up an isolated-hybrid solar PV system with the optimal design. The long-term experimental data show that the solar PV system with nMPPO technique and isolated switching power supply have a high power generation efficiency, stable power supply and high economic efficiency.
