Abstract
Breaking the cycle: A series of N-(2-arylindol-7-yl)benzenesulfonamide derivatives were prepared. Among them, compound 2 showed promising antiproliferative activity against hormone-resistant prostate cancer PC-3 cells, induced G2/M-phase arrest, and induced apoptosis through a caspase-dependent pathway.
