Abstract
The P-adic transform bases and lengths can be easily determined by the Hensel code weight sums defined over a finite ring Pr. The maximum transform length is found to be Pr-1(P - 1) instead of (P - 1), it has much wider choice and is longer than before in terms of transform size. © 1985, The Institution of Electrical Engineers.
