Abstract
Part I
In this work, L-phenylalanine as template and a covalent approach MIP through the formation of Schiff base with o-phthalaldehyde was prepared. In the synthetic procedure, o-phthalaldehyde (5.0 mmol), allylmercaptan (5.0 mmol), L-phenylalanine (5.0 mmol) and triethylamine (0.5 mmol) as catalyst and 25 mL methanol were added to the round bottom flask and reacted under ambient temperature with stirring for 12 h, then methacrylic acid (MAA, 10 mmol), 2-vinylpyridine (2-Vpy, 10 mmol), ethyleneglycoldimethacrylate (EDMA, 125 mmol)
