Abstract
We propose a numerical model, including modulation transform function and self-sustained pulsation condition, to estimate the self-sustained pulsation frequency, matched to the measured pulsation frequency, which considers the structure factors in a two-section distributed feedback laser with a thin shift-layer. © 2010 Springer Science+Business Media, LLC.
