Abstract
A 79-year-old female had dizziness, tinnitus, and ataxia as initial symptoms. Through a series of audiological and vestibular examination, cerebello-pontine angle tumor was suspected and confirmed by MRI testing. However, two masses in her right breast, and two masses in the lung field were also noted. Finally, breast cancer with lung and cerebello-pontine angle metastasis was diagnosed, and confirmed by pathology after operation.
