Abstract
A 54-year-old woman presented with a 10-year history of recurrent urinary tract infections without a definite diagnosis. Physical examination showed a rock-hard mass protruding from the anterior vaginal wall. An ovoid calculus measuring 4 cm × 3 cm in diameter was found on a plain pelvic radiography. Computed tomography showed a urethral diverticulum containing a stone. Transvaginal diverticulectomy and removal of the stone were performed. No urinary symptoms and no urinary tract infections occurred during 6 months of follow-up. ? 2009 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
