Abstract
Proper modeling of boundary conditions is of crucial importance in the simulation and design of metal forming processes. This paper discusses such modeling in the context of a rate formulation of the boundary element method. Both standard as well as sensitivity versions of the boundary conditions are discussed here. © 1995 Springer-Verlag.
