Abstract
In the past, Taiwan’s gay experienced the physical social space such as park, bar, and sauna. When the Internet rised, they changed their social interaction from physical space to virtual space. Later, the mobile device appeared, and it started the ‘Gay-Apps’ generations. With the internet technology, allowing gay man to use multi- media messages to make friends more convinent and immediate. The anonymity makes the culture of impression management. Users get more popularity through corporeal signs such as tought and strong body. Especially location-based service, breaking the breaking the traditional geographical boundaries, switching position easily. After intervires, editor found that the reason gay men use the Apps due to their needs: friend, partner, sex, driver guide, and marketing. Perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use also enhance the the use of the will. Gay-Apps just like the matchmaker, it gets lots of relations for gay man. But the more quickly filter function, the shorter relations it keeps going. However, gay man tends to keep in touch via Facebook, Line, even the physical social space. Finally, Gay-Apps make changes to the gay public-space. These place mainly offer gay man social channels, but the offers replaced by the virtual dating space. Some locations facing restructuring or closed end. Nevertheless, part of operators who believe that memories of these places as well as value, in which is eternal and irreplaceable.
