Abstract
A 45-year old man with one solitary trichodiscoma below the left nostril was reported. Histopathological examination of this lesion revealed typical features with centrally located fibromucinous stroma and surrounding sebaceous lobules. There has been no recurrence three years after total excision of this papule.
