Abstract
The deregulation of Taiwan telecommunication service industry for mobile network service has been from 1996, since as well as in 2000 has opened the privately fixed-line network service. After the folk enterprise manpower and the financial resource investment, the entire telecommunication service market has completed certain infrastructures and the popularization service one after another. But the privately fixed-line network operator is unable to obtain the same market localization as mobile network operator. the privately fixed-line network operator is facing the severe test and the challenge in the competition factor of the industry inside and outside.
As the point of view of the privately fixed-line network operator, we will analyzes each kind of competitive ability and the primary factor how the enterprise makes a profit. This research will discuss a business model for the privately fixed-line network operator to use the wireless technology (WiFi/WiMax) to establish its most deficient bottleneck facility – Last Mile. According to the reasonable assumption and the feasibility appraised, this research will come out a result that the privately fixed-line network operator may effective solve the question which the enterprise is unable to make a profit.
