Abstract
Wireless LAN has been widely considered for wireless broadband networks with low mobility, which can be generally considered as a matching part for future all-IP cellular networking. This scenario imposes challenges on providing seamless services among different networks. In this paper, we propose the architecture of internetworking between HIPERLAN/2 and UMTS networks. The framework of the integrated system is proposed and analyzed to evaluate the system performance in terms of scheduling and admission control.
